Welcome to the official site of the Society of American Military Engineers' 2008 Missouri River/TEXOMA Regional Conference!

On October 21-23, 2008, the Missouri River and TEXOMA Regions will jointly sponsor the SAME Regional Conference in Omaha, Nebraska. This conference typically attracts between 300 and 400 visitors from the public and private sectors, including leaders and technical experts from the military services and the architectural, engineering, and construction communities.

In conjunction with the conference, CEO's and Presidents from Industry and the Engineering Services Chiefs will be holding the Senior Executive Group (SEG) meeting, to provide a forum for leaders of the uniformed services and industry to exchange ideas.  In addition, the 2008-2009 SAME Board of Direction will be holding their Fall Board Meeting. The participants from both these groups will be attending select conference functions.

Join us at Tuesday evening's Icebreaker and kick off the conference to the sounds of the McKenzie River Band. The Icebreaker is included in all full conference registrations, or if your schedule won't allow, you can register to attend just the Icebreaker.
