How to Become a Member?

SAME Membership offers many benefits! Primarily the opportunity to meet and share ideas with other professionals from the government and private sector with the mutual goal of promoting a strong national defense. Most SAME activities are sponsored through a local Post, which makes it important to affiliate with a local Post to fully participate in SAME's many opportunities. The Hampton Roads Post of SAME has 88 Sustaining Member firms and over 500 individual members. Our primary gathering consists of a luncheon each month, featuring guest speakers addressing a wide range of engineering and construction related topics.

If you are interested in joining SAME, you may sign up here. We hope you will decide to affiliate with the Hampton Roads Post. To do that simply enter Hampton Roads Post in the appropriate place under the Post and Dues section. We also have application forms available upon request.
