SAME Posts have a long tradition of providing support to military installations worldwide through Post meetings and activities.

Now, SAME has developed a new, easy-to-download SAME Installation Support spreadsheet that aligns each SAME Post with its nearest military installation. (Note: This document is currently being revised to reflect an updated SAME Post listing – JUNE2010.) The spreadsheet includes Installations in all 50 States, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and Guam. The chart is organized by installation title, the name of the closest SAME Post, the approximate distance (mileage) between the installation and the nearest Post, service branch affiliation, state and SAME regional divisions.

The spreadsheet is organized by four different tabs to accommodate different uses. It is designed to strengthen Posts’ networking and collaborating efforts in support of military installations within a single state, and to enhance their efforts to spread the word about SAME to new members. In addition, the spreadsheet makes it easy for SAME members who are reassigned or relocated to find a new Post.
