Presentations from the Small Business Conference for DOD Engineering, Construction and Environmental Programs
will be available. To access the presentations, click on the Schedule button on the right-hand menu. Once uploaded, presentations will be linked from the titles of the respective presentation.
The SAME Small Business Conference will prepare small business leaders with the tools needed to understand how to do business with DOD agencies, find teaming partners and learn about upcoming programs, projects and contract opportunities.
A timely and informative series of briefings will focus on the specific information needs of small business leaders. Educational training sessions will also be offered on selling to the uniformed services, doing business with DOD agencies and federal contracting. And, all companies registered for the conference will be listed in the on-site program.
Online registration is now closed. Individual Registrations will be accepted at the conference for an additional fee of $50 above online registration fees noted below. Individual registrants will not be turned away. Only Individuals who preregistered will be provided the registration tote bag onsite.

Individual Registration Fees will increase by $50 after November 20, 2009.
Exhibitor Registrations will not be accepted after November 2, 2009 or when sold out.
Sponsor Registration will close on November 13, 2009 in order for sponsor to receive benefits.
Government credit cards will not be charged until two weeks before the conference.
Companies exhibiting in the Networking Hall get a $50 discount off the price of a full conference registration. Conference registration includes entrance to all sessions and the Networking Hall, Networking Hall Reception, lunch on both days, and all breaks int he Networking Hall.
The Networking Hall is Sold Out for this event. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list, please send an e-mail to koff@same.org.
