SAME Online Nomination Process for Small Business Awards:

Thank you for nominating an outstanding individual, company or organization for consideration for an SAME Small Business Award! Before getting started, please review the instructions below to make sure that your nomination meets all the criteria for consideration.

The deadline for 2013 award nominations is Thursday, October. 30, 2014! Get your nominations in!

Five Easy Steps for Nominations:
  1. Review the award criteria to make sure the nominee qualifies.
  2. Prepare the narrative for the nomination. Compose your narrative as a separate Word doc and save. Please be sure to adequately address the main accomplishments and reasons why this person/company is being nominated. The narrative is to be no longer than 1000 words. Narratives longer than 1000 words will not be accepted.
  3. Prepare a citation of 250 words or fewer. This citation may be used in the Small Business Conference Program if the nominee is selected to receive the award.
  4. Complete the online nomination form from the award list below.
  5. Upload narrative, citation and any other required supplemental info. Submit form electronically, by clicking on the name of the award below.
Online Nomination Form:
All Small Business Awards nominations MUST be submitted using our online nomination process.
No nominations will be processed without a complete nomination package. Completed nomination packages include nomination narrative, citation, supporting endorsement letters (if required) and the nominated company logo or individual photo in .jpg or .tif format. It is the nominator's responsibility to ensure that the nomination package is successfully completed.
