There are many resources available for our wounded warriors, their families and supporters looking for ways to assist them. Following is some resource information that may be of interest to you. The list is by no means a full listing of resources available.

Hiring Our Heroes
U.S. Chamber of Commerce year-long nationwide effort to help veterans and their spouses find meaningful employment.

Army Wounded Warrior Project

Assists and advocates for severely wounded, ill and injured Soldiers, Veterans and their Families, wherever they are located, regardless of military status.

Navy Safe Harbor

Provides  individually tailored assistance for recovery, rehabilitation, & reintegration activities for seriously wounded, ill, & injured Sailor s, Coast Guardsmen and their families.

Marine Corps Wounded Warrior Regiment

The Wounded Warrior Regiment provides and facilitates assistance to WII Marines, sailors, attached to or in support of Marines units, and their family members, throughout the phases of recovery.

Air Force Wounded Warrior

The AFW2 program works hand-in-hand with the Air Force Survivor Assistance Program and Airman & Family Readiness Centers to ensure Airmen receive professional support and care from the point of injury, through separation or retirement, for life.

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

Veterans of the United States armed forces may be eligible for a broad range of programs and services provided by the VA. Information and locations of VA services including Vet Centers, PTSD Program locator, Substance Use Disorder Program locator, may be found on the VA website.

National Center for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder

Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is an anxiety disorder that can occur after you have been through a traumatic event. A traumatic event is something horrible and scary that you see or that happens to you. Anyone who has gone through a life-threatening event can develop PTSD, but there is help available.
