Update/Create Profile
Your organization’s profile in the annual SAME Directory of Member Companies and Organizations provide details about your company or agency's full capabilities, experience, key business information and names of key senior executives or officials. The profiles are searchable by company name, business- and engineering-related categories, and response capabilities. Profiles appear both in the printed Directory, distributed at the beginning of each calendar year, and in the searchable online version year-round.
Please select the appropriate link below to create or update your corporate profile. The deadline for new and updated profiles to appear in the following year’s printed Directory typically falls around the beginning of each October. Please note that SAME Member Organizations, Public Agencies, Academic Organizations and Non-Profit Organizations must use the specified form to create a new Directory profile.
SAME Sustaining Members
If you are a Sustaining Member Company, you will need to gather the following information before creating your Corporate Profile:
- ER Support Codes
- Federal Business Categories
- NAICS Codes AND NAICS Code Types – Small Business, HubZone Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service-Disabled, Veteran-owned Small Business.

Update an Existing Profile
All SAME member organizations can update an existing Corporate Profile using this link.

Click here to submit your Organizational Profile. The deadline to include your Profile in the print version of the Directory of Member Companies and Organizations is Sept. 30. Updates submitted after Sept. 30 will not be included in the print or interactive PDF version of the Directory.

Directory of Member Companies and Organizations
Published in the first quarter of each year, the SAME Directory of Member Companies and Organizations is a powerful resource that lists contact information for the engineering branch of each Uniformed Service and Key leaders of each SAME member organization. Available year-round on the SAME website and in print, the Directory also includes a state-by-state section that lists member companies geographically by Post affiliation, making it as easy as ever to connect with the organizations and individuals to help you succeed in the A/E/C field.
