Col. Mogge joined CH2M HILL in 2001 as Southeast Business Group Manager in the firm’s Transportation Business Group following a 27-year career with the U.S. Air Force. In August 2008, he became Global Director of Business Development and Strategic Planning, CH2M HILL Environmental Services Business Group, and in January 2010, was named a Senior Vice President with the firm and appointed to his current position as Global Director of Technology, Practice and Design. Among his many achievements at CH2M HILL, he served during 2006–2007 as the Sustainability Program Manager for planning the execution of the 2012 London Olympics as a member of the CLM Joint Venture.[Full bio]

Leketa joined Parsons in January 2005. He has held a series of successive leadership positions within Parson’s federal government group including Senior Vice President, Division Manager, Installations and Environment (I&E) Division, where he managed the vast majority of Department of Defense (DOD) contracts for the firm; and Vice President, Deputy Division Manager, Systems, Defense and Security Division. Prior to assuming his current position as Executive Vice President, Parsons Government Services, he served as President of Parsons Water & Infrastructure Group Inc., one of four primary business units of Parsons, where he was responsible for the business unit’s global operations. William A. “Bill” Brown Sr., P.E., HAIA, F.SAME, SES (Ret.)
Prior to his retirement, Bill Brown served as Executive Vice President of PageSoutherlandPage LLP, where he was responsible for establishing strategic focus in the federal market. He acted as Principal-in-Charge of the site evaluation study for the $500 million National Museum of African American History and Culture. As a former U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Deputy Director of Military Programs, Brown directed one of the largest design and construction programs in the world—the annual $10 billion U.S. Army Military Construction Program. He is a recipient of the prestigious SAME Golden Eagle Award for contributions to the engineering profession. [Full bio]

Dr. Robert D. Wolff, P.E., F.SAME
Prior to becoming SAME Executive Director in 2002, Dr. Wolff served in a variety of engineering leadership positions in the U.S. Army, the U.S. Air Force and the private sector. Following a nine-year career as an Army engineer officer, he served 17 years in the Army Reserves, retiring in 1992 as a Lieutenant Colonel. He served as President of the SAME Washington, D.C., Post and chaired several national committees as a member of the SAME Board of Direction. Dr. Wolff has been an SAME member since 1983.
In accordance with the SAME bylaws, national officers are elected prior to each year's Joint Engineer Training Conference & Expo. Nominations for elected office are made to the Executive Director by Jan. 15 and elections are held throughout the month of March.
