Student Chapter Workshop
SAME will host another Student Chapter/Faculty Meeting October 12-13, 2012 in St. Louis, MO. SAME will pay for the airfare not to exceed $500 and lodging for one night for up to 10 Faculty Advisors and 10 Post College Outreach liaisons. We would like to get a Faculty Representative and a Post College Outreach liaison from the same school. The workshop will cover the following objectives:-
- provide an opportunity for Student Chapter Faculty Advisors to learn more about SAME and military engineering
- discuss how SAME can best support our Student Chapters, and
- discuss how Student Chapters can provide value to students working toward architecture, engineering and environmental degrees

Parking Fee: $5 (daily or overnight)
Since the rooms will be paid for by SAME, there is no reservation code. A rooming list will be submitted to the hotel once the faculty and liaison are chosen.
