Strategies for Success: Teaming, Joint Ventures & the SBA Mentor-Protégé Program

This free virtual program will discuss the differences between teaming agreements, joint venture agreements, and the SBA's Mentor-Protégé Program.

With over $77 billion Department of Defense and other government agency contracts over the past three fiscal years going to small business set-asides, understanding how small and large businesses can work together is crucial in government contracting.

Learn about the key strategies to form a successful team, understand how to create enforceable teaming agreements, how to form a JV that is compliant with regulations, and eligibility requirements of the SBA Mentor-Protégé program.

Registered attendees have the option to earn a 1 Professional Development Hour (1PDH) certificate for the program.

Panelists:

  • Lisa Wood, Statewide Director - Virginia PTAC
  • Anthony Anikeeff, Attorney - Willams Mullen
