Kevin Jolly

Kevin Jolly BSc (Hons) QS, MBA is an Operations Director with Mace Ltd, leading their Defence Commercial Team. Kevin has successfully lead SAME UK from being a Field Chapter, to becoming a full Post in December 2020. Kevin is passionate about bringing the best parts of our industry together, not only to share Best Practice, but to strongly promote collaboration across all parties to ensure we deliver in a way that is mutually beneficial to all involved and ultimately supporting the Mission of our Armed Forces. 

Mace Ltd.

Vice President Tom Collier Tom is the Senior Program Manager of the F35 Beddown program for the 48th Fighter Wing at RAF Lakenheath, delivering operational facilities to support the arrival of two squadrons of F35As at RAF Lakenheath over the next few years. Tom initially trained as a Quantity Surveyor, commercially managing major construction projects across a variety of sectors. Tom is married to Sarah, and with their two children, lives in Norwich. In his spare time Tom enjoys cycling, running, playing the guitar and the odd pint or two of craft ale. He currently serves as Vice President of the SAME UK Post and actively involved in increasing the Post’s sustaining membership base.  Leidos


Tom Heesom

Tom Heesom is a Structural Engineer working for Mott MacDonald as part of the F-35 Delivery Partner at RAF Lakenheath and is a 2017 graduate of the University of Cambridge. Tom enjoys walking and watching sport in his spare time and serves as Secretary of the SAME UK Post. Mott MacDonald


Soren Hoffman


Soren Hoffman is an Officer at RAF Lakenheath, in charge of the Service Contracts Section for CES. A 2019 graduate of the Air Force Academy and a Civil Engineer. Soren enjoys skiing, running, and reading in his spare time and holds the role as treasurer for the SAME UK Post.

Matthew Scrivner


Matthew Scrivner, P.E. is an 11-year veteran of the US Army with experience in command of a 92-person mixed-effects military unit and in USACE. He is currently working on RAF Lakenheath with 48 CES as a Project Manager. Matt is very involved in young professional development, starting a mentorship program in the Rhein-Main Post and organizing multiple other events. He seeks to provide maximum benefit from SAME for the future leadership and stewardship of the Engineering Profession and is currently endeavoring to expand the UK Post’s Young Professional ranks to the largest extent possible.
