Lunch is from 11 – 1, we’ll need a bit of extra time to set up and clean up.
Need 10 – 15 volunteers. Depending on who is coming and how they’re coming, we might need to do an EAL to get people onto base. If at least 1 person in the vehicle has Base Access privileges, we’re good.
Please wear SAME or Company Logoed shirts. Shorts are acceptable.
Contact me with confirmation so I can keep track of who is coming. That being said, I’m giving a presentation at a different section of the Base from 10-11. I’ll be at lunch but won’t be there to greet you and help get it rolling.

I already have 1 volunteer for this, looking for 2-3 more.
Simple task here. Just be available to talk with Warriors as they come through the event. Share the SAME story and how the Society can help them in their transition.
SAME or Company attire is desired.
We are in need for mentors at Marrs Middle School, and Westside Middle School.

In an effort to better acquaint our Post with small business members, time for a Small Business Spotlight has been added to the monthly meeting agenda following the Sustaining Member Spotlight presentation. The Small Business Committee is looking for small business members who would be interested in presenting their business to the membership.
If your organization is interested in this opportunity, please email Dan Taylor, Post Small Business Liaison, at email@example.com for more information.
There are numerous ways to earn your required PDHs through SAME including our monthly lunches. Another great way is to become a Student Mentor for one of our local schools. For more information, click here.
