July 2019 Luncheon Meeting

Our SAME Omaha Post hosted our July 2019 Luncheon Meeting recognizing our scholarship winner, Nathaniel George, and welcoming David Sands, Executive Director of Nebraska Land Trust, to present on Conservation Easements, A Private Path to Permanent Protection.

Small Business Spotlight Opportunity

In an effort to better acquaint our Post with small business members, time for a Small Business Spotlight has been added to the monthly meeting agenda following the Sustaining Member Spotlight presentation. The Small Business Committee is looking for small business members who would be interested in presenting their business to the membership.

Mary McKernan

Mary McKernan touched the lives of her co-workers, associates and friends around the industry. She was a long time SAME member and our Omaha Post treasurer. Mary started her career with USACE Omaha before spending 18 years building the federal program at HDR.
