In 2016 TME will publish a Vietnam Commemorative Issue and we would like SAME members who served in Vietnam to contribute to this special issue.
We are looking for 450-500 word personal stories or anecdotes that commemorate the contributions and service of military engineers. Articles can be about particular missions or assignments; about geographic locations; specific military engineering challenges and solutions unique to Vietnam; or anything else that might be an appropriate fit for this special issue.

To submit your personal story or anecdote for possible publication, complete the form below and click on “Submit” at the bottom of the page.
Please use the fields below to upload artwork (photos, charts, images) that could accompany your story. We also request that a current photo of you be included as well as a photo of you during your time in Vietnam if you have it. High-resolution photos/images are needed (at least 300 DPI at 4" X 6").
Personal stories and anecdotes selected for publication are subject to editing at the discretion of the TME editorial staff. SAME holds the copyright to all published articles. Authors will retain copyright to the original, unedited material. As such, SAME can post published articles online and can authorize reprints and other uses. Reprints may be granted with permission from the TME editorial staff provided the individual/organization requesting permission includes the following information, clearly visible, in the reprint:
