Philadelphia Post STEM Camps

Post STEM Camps

2020

The Society of American Military Engineers offers a unique series of engineering and construction camps/programs that are designed for high school students who excel in math, science and technology and are interested in pursuing engineering, architecture or related fields in college. These camps are high energy, hands–on events for students from across the country and around the world.

The camps are led by a professional staff of engineers from the military services and private industry. Each camp is approximately one week in duration and each has its own unique focus and theme. The Engineering & Construction camps are a one-of-a-kind opportunity to experience what engineers, architects and builders do, to learn practical skills, and to gain exposure to the military services.

For 2020, the Philadelphia Post will sponsor two students – one each to attend either the U.S. Army Camp, the U.S. Marine Corps Camp, the U.S. Navy Camp, the U.S. Air Force Camp, the U.S. Air Force Academy Camp, or the U.S. Coast Guard’s Academy Introduction Mission (AIM) Program.Dates and locations of these programs are noted below.
