Federal Lands Highway (FHL_ provides technical services to the highway/transportation community as well as build accessible and scenic roads to ensure that the many national treasures within our Federal Lands can be enjoyed by all. FLH is enabled and entrusted to administer many different programs and types of funds to facilitate transportation improvements for Federal Land Management Agency partners using both internal staff and through A&E consultant delivery. During this webinar we will provide an overview of our organization and look at some specific projects to demonstrate how success with FLH depends on working with our partners, consultants and the construction industry. Our virtual event speakers are long-time employees of Federal Highway Administration Central Federal Lands, a division of the US Department of Transportation. James Herlyck is a Program Manager for FHWA, Adam Rosener is FHWA Program Coordinator, and Jill Locken is the Quality Assurance Engineer for FHWA. All three bring extensive experience working for the Central Federal Lands office on projects far and near to Colorado.
