Please join the SAME NoVA Post in welcoming our new National President and 13-year member of the Northern Virginia Post Board, Heather Wishart-Smith. She will speak on the value and impact of SAME engagement, along with some thoughts on SAME’s direction based on our new 2025 Strategic Plan. Heather will address SAME’s future as we enter our second century developing multidisciplined solutions to national security infrastructure challenges.

Also, we will thank the outgoing 2019-2020 Board of Direction, including outgoing President Bill Haight, and officially welcome and induce the new 2020-2021 Board of Direction, including incoming President Nick Desport. The induction will be conducted by our Regional Vice President, Lee Ann Zelesnikar.

Lastly, we will announce our 2020 College Scholarship Awards and highlight our 2020 Campers. Even though we have not been able to hold events as we traditionally do, we are committed to supporting our college students and campers. Thank you so much for your continued support of our NoVA SAME Post.
