This meeting will be a hybrid event. All are welcome to attend in person at the Pirates House Restaurant in Savannah or attend virtually.
This months presentation will be given by Kendra Rodgers-McGraw. Kendra Rodgers McGraw (GISP, MGIS) is the Federal Geospatial Director for HDR and will be giving a presentation on the various types of LiDAR and other related technologies available to gather data but also the derivative products that can be generated with the associated information. The overall goal of the presentation is to demystify indoor and outdoor LiDAR collection and how to use it to manage risk on projects while also maximizing the operational opportunities and utility of the information/data that is gathered by using various BIM and GIS tools to display, use, and manage the data. She will then highlight some specific real world, use case examples covering a variety of project types and market sectors to further demonstrate the power of these technologies and tools. This is the type of presentation that will benefit all attendees whether you are an AE firm, general contractor, or owner/client who utilizes services from the AEC industry.
We strongly encourage you to either attend this very informative brief in person or attend online virtually via our GoToMeeting site. As always, please feel free to share this meeting with any other colleagues or other interested stakeholders who you think would benefit.
