CAPT Mathew J. Martinson, P.E., BCEE, will provide an overview of the U.S. Public Health Service Engineering Office including historically significant roles of USPHS Engineers. CAPT Martinson will speak to the special roles and missions that USPHS Engineers fulfilled during 2020, including COVID-related missions and roles in responding to natural disasters. The USPHS upcoming programs in 2021 and beyond will also be discussed.
