Abstract: Choosing the right delivery method, Design Build is an approach that brings unique advantages to every stakeholder of a project.  GLY and our Design Build partner, SHKS Architects, will be highlighting the relationship building and strong collaboration involved within a Design Build approach and why Design Build makes sense for University of Washington.

ATTENDING AT GLY:  WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Health & Safety:  GLY health protocols require everyone in the building to wear masks.  If you do not have one a mask will be provided for you. 
 
Process for Registering to attend at GLY:  Health protocols allow for only 20 people in the room and some spaces have been set aside for those running the program. First Come, First Serve via Eventbrite.  
 
 
ATTENDING VIA GOTOMEETING:  WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Available spaces for registering:  Unlimited.  
 
Process:  You will register via Eventbrite.  The day before the program, you will be sent a meeting request with a link for the time of the program.  The program with guest speakers will be broadcast from GLY.

PARKING
See attached map with notes.  
Parking can be found on a first-come-first-serve basis and is free at the location. Additional parking may be found across the street.  Parking in our visitor’s parking spots is limited, we highly encourage carpooling!  You will have to walk a very short distance (across the street) from the old Azteca’s parking lot if our visitor’s parking is full.
 
 

FROM PARKING TO THE GLY SPACE

From the parking lot, enter the building using the south entrance door.   See attached map with location shown as “entrance”. Go to the elevator (to your left) and go to the third floor. Please knock at the front glass door and GLY Office Administrator will check you in! Upon entry, GLY requires you to scan a QR code from your smart phone, fill out a questionnaire.   Masks required.   We have spare masks at the front desk available for free. You will be briefed on GLY’s health and safety protocols after sign in.
