Shirley Albritton is a Project Manager with the Jacobs Federal Buildings and Infrastructure group. She recently transitioned from active duty service, with her most recent assignment being at the US Army Corps of Engineers, North Atlantic Division Headquarters in Brooklyn, NY. As a U.S.A engineer, Shirley managed numerous DoD construction projects, valued at $39M, with a focus on environmental, civil infrastructure, maintenance facilities, and aircraft hangers. Shirley graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2015 and she holds a Master of Systems Engineering degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).

Ed Chamberlayne serves as a Vice President for WSP’s National Security Programs business line within the Federal Programs region of WSP USA. His team provides professional engineering services, staffing support at client sites, and cleared architecture/engineering (A/E) design capability to key national security clients. He has a proven record of leading large teams to solve complex problems. He served in numerous leadership positions within the U.S. Army and previously commanded the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Baltimore and Charleston Districts. Boris Kun, Director of Credentialing and SkillBridge Programs, DOD

Boris directs the Department of Defense (DoD) Credentialing Programs from the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Personnel & Readiness) in support of the Force Education and Training Office.  Mr. Kun is responsible for the oversight, development, and execution of the DoD-wide education, training, and credentialing IT reform and data analysis, credentialing and job skills training, and apprenticeship programs.  Boris was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan (Formerly USSR) and his family immigrated to Cleveland, Ohio in 1993.  He enlisted into the United States Navy in 2007 where he was deployed and served overseas.  Following this, Boris was selected for the Seaman to Admiral 21 commissioning program.  He is also a military spouse.
