18th Annual Chicago River & Lake Michigan Post Boat Cruise Fundraiser
The Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Lake Michigan Post invites you to our 18th Annual Boat Cruise Fundraiser. Started in 2007, the event has raised over $60,000 for various veteran and military family support organizations, such as Fisher House—Illinois and Midwest Shelter for Homeless Vets. Our goal for this year’s event is to raise $10,000 for these and other worthy organizations.
The 2-hour evening cruise, with our traditional pre-boarding gathering, is the highlight of our summer programs.

7:00-9:00 P.M. Twilight Cruise
(6:45 P.M. Boarding Time)

Dinner/Networking at Coco Bar, located at 316 N. Wabash Ave., directly above the Riverwalk and Vietnam Memorial.
Board at Wendella West Docks, located at Rush & Kinzie Streets,
along north bank of the Chicago River.

- Admiral: $2,000 includes 4 admissions to the boat cruise event.
- Captain: $1,000 includes 2 admissions to the boat cruise event.
- First Mate: $500 includes 1 admission to the boat cruise event.
- Small Business: $350 includes 1 admission to the boat cruise event.
- Additional Tickets: $50 (up to 4 per sponsor)
