- Michael Baim, VP, (Col. US Army retired), joined LA28 as the Vice President of Venue Infrastructure in April of 2025. He oversees design, planning, procurement and delivery of the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games venue infrastructure, energy, look and signage, valued over $1.5B. Mike Baim recently retired from the U.S. Army as an engineer colonel, having most recently served with the Army Corps of Engineers as the Deputy Division Commander overseeing Federal infrastructure projects in ten western U.S. states.
