We also want to take the time to collect canned food for a summer pantry drive! Our local food banks see a large surge of donations during the holidays; however, their need is year-round, so we’d like to contribute back to our community by collecting cans from our members and visitors to deliver to Manna food bank following our meeting.
We will also debrief the SAME STEM Summer Camps that have been occurring this summer. A few of our members have had great opportunities to volunteer at these camps and we want to highlight how anyone can get involved and support these incredible experiences for both the campers and volunteers.
