USACE Delivers in National Emergency:
15,074 beds in 38 Alternative Care Facilities (ACFs) in 75 Days
COVID-19 is a worldwide public health crisis. As the emergency began to evolve in early spring 2020, USACE went into action, delivering alternative care facilities (ACFs) across the country on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) - 15,074 beds in 38 facilities in 75 days. The architect, engineer, contractor (AEC) industry rallied around USACE to make it happen. Mission first, people always.
Join the virtual panel to discuss the challenges and successes of this unprecedented emergency program to help support locations around the nation. Expert panelists will share their hands-on experience with the rapid response, delivering project services, and working together in a common cause to bring these critical facilities online.
