Natalie Rogers | Water Resources Team Leader | Halff
Natalie Rogers Bio
As the Water Resources Team Leader at Halff, Natalie leads a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technical professionals across offices in Little Rock and Fayetteville, AR. With expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, Natalie manages a wide range of water resources projects, including FEMA floodplain studies, dam breach analyses, inundation mapping, and Emergency Action Plan development. She is also deeply involved in public education and outreach, having facilitated numerous forums across Arkansas to engage communities in floodplain awareness and management. Natalie is a passionate advocate for floodplain education and currently serves as Vice Chair and CFM Coordinator for the Arkansas Floodplain Management Association (AFMA). Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Arkansas State University (2010) and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University (2013). She is a licensed Professional Engineer and a Certified Floodplain Manager. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring the outdoors.
