Please join the SAME Cape Fear Post on Thursday, May 28th as we welcome Quin Robertson, PhD to discuss the Interagency Airborne Technologies for Lidar, Analysis, and Survey (I-ATLAS, formally JALBTCX) Program and the National Coastal Mapping Program (NCMP) Toolbox. Dr. Robertson has been part of the NCMP Toolbox team from the beginning and leads research and development of tools for extracting metrics from topobathy lidar data. He will be sharing his insights and experience leveraging high-resolution digital elevation models for coastal mitigation and flood risk management.
