Presenter: Mr. Steven C. Byinton, Cultural Resources Manager, 88th Civil Engineer Group.

Presentation Description

Mr. Steven Byington is the Cultural Resources Manager at the Environmental Branch, Installation Management Division, 88th Civil Engineer Group, 88th Air Base Wing, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. He is responsible for ensuring the installation remains in compliance with all federal, state, local, Department of Defense and Air Force regulations and policies pertaining to the management, preservation, and promotion of Wright Patterson’s vast historical and cultural assets. Working with Base Civil Engineering, he assesses potential impacts of construction projects and provides technical assistance in support of the Air Force’s various missions.

Mr. Byington began his career with the Air Force in July of 2019 as an architect and graduated from Texas Tech University in June 1991. He has served as a design professional with several Dayton based architectural firms where he led projects ranging from small scale residential to multi-million dollar educational and research facilities. Prior to his current position, Mr. Byington was a Design Manager, Construction Management Division, 88th Civil Engineer Group, 88th Air Base Wing, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

Regular registration runs through July 6th. An additional $5 late registration fee will be added to the ticket price after that date.

Check-in begins at 11:15AM the day of the luncheon.

Refunds cannot be issued if cancellations are made less than 48 hours prior to the event. If the “pay at the door” option is utilized and the reservation is not honored or cancelled prior to 48 hours before the event, payment is still expected, and an invoice will be sent.

There is no need to print tickets or bring them with you.

Credit cards are accepted on-line or at the door. The “Pay at the Door” option is available by clicking on the “Payment Method” pull down on the second page when making your reservation.
