Join the SAME DC Post for a Group Outing at the Nationals Ballpark featuring the Colorado Rockies at Washington Nationals on Monday, August 24 starting at 6:45 pm.
Hosted by past DC Post President, David Harvey, we have a group of discounted tickets available for purchase through our group link. We are in section 124 and purchasing tickets in the “Outfield Reserved” Section 142 in Rows E, F and G. You can purchase any “green dot” available ticket in this section. (Note: David Harvey is in Row G seats 1 & 2) Tickets are purchased through our discounted link and cost $33 each (includes the $5 fee). Once purchased, all sales are final with no refunds, no exchanges, and no cancellations.
The game starts at 6:45 PM. Stop by the Kennedy Conference Room at 6:00 PM to meet the Capitals Alumni and David prior to the game.
Seats are open to the public to purchase so make your purchase early to improve the chances your seats will be close to the group reserved area.
Cost: $33 each ticket
Ticket purchase includes $15 concession credits for food or drinks.
How to purchase tickets:

- Choose “Outfield Reserved” and scroll down to Section 142
OR – click on the venue map and click on the green Section 142 in the top right side of the outfield seating. - Choose a seat in Rows E, F or G (lower numbers are closer to the right on the image below)
- Add the seat selection for the number of tickets you want (ie Seat 7, row G) with “Select”
- Continue to finalize payment.
Your purchased tickets are sent via the MLB Ballpark app (instructions on how to claim your purchased tickets, below). You are responsible for your ticket purchase, digital ticket claim, and all expenses related to transportation and food/beverage for this event.
The group tickets above will share the number of tickets purchased in the group reserve. Feel free to share on social media to spread the word. The whole family is invited to join us for this event. Members and guests are welcome.
From your mobile device, access your tickets via the MLB Ballpark app.
- Download the Ballpark app via the iOS App Store or the Android Google Play Store
- Create an MLB Ballpark app account with the same email used in this purchase.
- If you already have an MLB Ballpark app account, simply log in to the app.
- If you have multiple MLB accounts, be sure to link the account number under your Order Details.
- Once in the app, access your tickets via the Wallet tab to scan your tickets at the gate.
