About the SAME DC & NoVA Posts’ Leadership and Mentoring Program
The vision of the SAME DC & NoVA Posts’ Leadership and Mentoring Program (LMP) began in 2013 under the direction of Bob Wolff, PhD, F.ASCE, F.SAME former executive director of SAME National, and has grown over the last decade to develop leadership skills and professional growth of our local SAME Post’s young professionals. Through monthly sessions with SAME Fellows and Senior Leaders from DoD and Civilian government agencies as well as local leaders in the AEC industry, our 2025 graduating class successfully participated in discussions, readings, and collaboration to complete the program.
