The SAME DC Post and SAME NOVA Posts are proud to support the annual Wreaths Across America at Arlington National Cemetery! Save the date for the National “Wreaths Out” where we support the Wreaths Across America‘s Clean-Up Day on January 10 starting at 8:00 am.
Volunteers are needed to pick up and help remove the approximately 265,000 wreaths from veteran’s graves. Participants are encouraged to bring warm clothes, water, and gardening gloves to support the man-powered efforts. The Military Women’s Memorial will be handing out hot chocolate and hot cider to the volunteers.
No RSVP is necessary. Join in and support the clean-up day!
