SAME DC Post invites you to participate in the 2025 Airshow at Joint Base Andrews, MD from September 12 through 14. We consider it a privilege to reserve space for you to spark the interest of students young and old in what STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) means to our Nation and their futures.
EVENT DESCRIPTION
Hosted by the Department of the Air Force, Headquarters 316th Wing (AFDW), at Joint Base Andrews, the STEAM Expo is available to firms interested in hosting an exhibit booth style table inside a hanger during the upcoming Air Show event at JBA.

Many aircraft as well as a wide variety of ground equipment will be on display in the hangars and on the ramp. Military and civilian leaders from throughout the federal government, all the military services, and state and local governments will attend this event. We also expect many other organizations to display their past, present, and future contributions that support our Nation’s national security.
Last year over 30,000 attendees participated in the Air Show activities at JBA. If you are planning to participate as a STEAM exhibitor, please note that you are prohibited from any exchange of money, any appearance of financial gain, conducting any type of recruiting, or anything non-educational. All STEAM exhibits will be purely educational in nature and should offer hands-on demonstrations for the students. Exhibitors participate at their own expense and will not be reimbursed by SAME or the Department of Defense or Joint Base Andrews. We recommend that you DO NOT include handouts, food, or stickers, etc. because there will be several 1,000s of attendees stopping by your booth over the weekend.
All potential exhibitors through SAME DC Post must submit their intended exhibit booth information NLT 5 pm on Tuesday, July 29, to be considered by the USAF for inclusion in the STEAM Expo. Potential exhibitors must submit the following information as a proposed entry. USAF will confirm acceptance after August 1 to finalize participation. Entries are not guaranteed exhibitors at the 2025 Air Show STEAM Expo.
