SAME Members, you are NOT required to log in to purchase member tickets. Your membership will be verified post-registration. The StarChapter website may not accept your usual SAME login information. While logging in is not necessary, if you are a Huntsville Post member and unable to login, please click ‘forgot password’ to establish a password within StarChapter. If you have multiple email addresses associated with your SAME account, you may have to try multiple email addresses. If you are a member of another SAME post, you will not be able to log in as a member but may still register at the member rate. - General Registration period runs through October 15th.
- Late Registration begins October 16th until 9:00 AM October 28th.

Program for the SAME Huntsville Industry Days will include presentations from USACE Districts and other Federal Agencies during the mornings of the 28th and 29th of October, include the following invited organizations:
- USACE Louisville District
- USACE Little Rock District
- USACE Mobile District (pre-recorded)
- Federal Bureau of Investigation
- SAME Huntsville Post (Annual Awards)
The Huntsville Post Industry Day will be held on the same day at the same location as the USACE Huntsville Center Small Business Forum, scheduled for the afternoon of the 28th. The Industry Day includes federal agency focused tables that will be available the afternoon of October 28th, concurrently with program-focused tables hosted by Huntsville Center. The tables located outside the auditorium will be open for a one-on-one interaction with program and agency personnel on a first-come-first-served basis. All registrants for the Huntsville Post Industry Day will be invited to attend the Huntsville Center Small Business Forum. The Huntsville SAME Post will provide a copy of the registration list to Huntsville Center.

Food and beverages: A boxed lunch for containing a choice of ham, turkey or veggie sandwich, potato chips, pasta salad, cookies, and assorted sodas or water is included with each registration for lunch on the 28th of October. Coffee, iced tea and water will be provided throughout the event. Lunch choice or availability is not guaranteed with tickets purchased during late registration, but will be on a first come, first served basis from estimated requirements submitted to the venue for catering. No lunch will be provided on the 29th of October as the event will end immediately prior to lunch that day.
Networking reception: This year’s event includes a networking reception the evening of the 28th in the Main Exhibit Hall–an area of the Space and Rocket Center which has not previously been accessible to Industry Day attendees. A drink ticket is included with registration, with additional drink tickets available on a cash basis. Guests and government employees are invited to attend either with or without drink tickets.

Cancellation policy: Refund and cancellation will be honored less fees charged by StarChapter if request is made by October 15th, 2025. Refund and cancellation after October 15th will be honored less $50 cancelation fee.
