Exciting news – the 2026 SAME Huntsville Post Leadership Development Program is now open for applications!
This unique seven-month program is designed for young professionals who want to grow their leadership skills, build community, and make a lasting impact in the A/E/C industry. Whether you’re looking to lead from the middle, connect with mentors, or strengthen your personal growth plan, this program is for you.
What participants will gain:
– Practical tools and principles to “Lead from the Middle”
– Self-assessment and personal growth action plans
– Access to mentors and engaging leadership speakers
– Interactive discussions on leadership and teamwork
– Opportunities to build lasting relationships with peers and SAME leaders
We’re also looking for:
– Mentors & Advisors to pour into the next generation of leaders
– Hosts & Speakers to share professional insights and experience
– Sponsors who believe in developing future SAME leaders
Important Dates:
– Applications Due: Dec 16, 2025
– Class Begins: January 2026
– Informational Q&A Meeting: December 3, 2025, from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
