The Greater Kansas City (GKC) Post of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) is pleased to invite you to participate in our 11th Annual Industry Day Education & Training Workshop. This year’s event will be held at the Overland Park Convention Center on June 25-27, 2019. We believe we have put together a great program for everyone, with a broad selection of topics to choose from. Gerald “Jerry” Paulsen

President/CEO of Paulsen Productions

 

Mr. Gerald “Jerry” Paulsen is President/CEO of Paulsen Productions based in Elgin, Illinois. He is an internationally recognized expert in the field of professional development, attended the University of Illinois, has a Masters Certificate in Communication, and is a published author. Mr. Paulsen has been designing, developing and conducting presentation skills management and leadership programs throughout the United States, Brazil, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Europe since 1994. Paulsen Productions currently has offices in the United States, Brazil, and China.

 

Armed with over 20 years of experience, Jerry delivers programs and his messages clearly and profoundly. Jerry also walks his talk, always looking polished and professional. A former military non-commissioned officer, Jerry learned from personal experience how image can define a career.

 

Mr. Paulsen has worked with federal and state governments, Fortune 500’s, and hundreds of small and emerging companies worldwide. Prior to founding his business, he served with distinction in law enforcement for fifteen years, receiving numerous commendations both as a patrol officer and detective, and received the honor of Police Officer of the Year in 1993. He is most proud of his service to his country as an Army veteran, serving in numerous assignments.

Social Events

Ice-Breaker
The event kickoff will be held on Tuesday, June 25th in the Exhibit Hall from 5-8pm. The event is free to conference registrants. Additional guests are welcome to attend but must be registered.

Social Event
The Evening Social will be held on Wednesday, June 26th starting at 5 pm in the Exhibit Hall and the courtyard outside of the Exhibit Hall.
