Please note, this event is limited to 90 attendees. We will open a waitlist if the conference is sold out. All tickets include access to the full conference, including all three panel sessions and morning pastries, buffet lunch, and all day coffee/tea/water. Attendees will receive an opt-in attendee list, PDH Certificate (3 professional hours), and a copy of slides presented during the program day.

• $100 – Government Tickets (must be full-time government employee or military and representing your government agency at this event. Contractors, please use Member or Non-Member tickets to register.)

REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY
Refunds and Transfer requests must be sent to programs@samedc.org NLT Monday, June 1 at 11:59 pm. Refunds will be issued less a $50 administrative fee. Transfers are a one-time request and must be completed with registration by Wednesday, June 3 at 11:59 pm. There are NO WALK-IN or DAY-OF TRANSFERS for this event.
Sponsorship is non-refundable. Please send your high-resolution logo (jpg or png) to programs@samedc.org. All attendees of the sponsor firm will be recognized on name badges and throughout the event program (slides and printed program). One-time transfer of the ticket holder following the transfer deadline policy, listed above.
DRESS CODE
Gentlemen are required to wear a coat and necktie or a suit. Ladies’ attire should be of comparable degree of formality. Short sleeved uniform or other uniform not requiring coat or tie may be worn in the Club when it is the prescribed uniform of the day by the respective military services.
Do not wear t-shirts/polos, jeans, or athletic/street shoes. You will be turned away from the Army and Navy Club and will not receive a refund.

Valet parking service is available; fees are not included in the price of the ticket (approx. $30); if you plan to use valet service, please arrive 20-30 minutes early so you don’t miss the start of the program.
