The San Antonio Post’s Oct meeting will be on Thursday, Aug 20, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm, at the Old San Francisco Steakhouse. The presentation will be on the St. Philip’s College Center for Excellence for Science. The Center focuses on middle and high school student engagement programs, which introduce students to STEM careers through hands-on learning experiences, industry partnerships, and academic enrichment opportunities. The guest speakers will be Dr. Eric Salas, Program Director for the St. Philip’s College Center for Excellence for Science, and Dr. Amanda Roberts. We are also planning to have one of our Post-sponsored SAME STEM Campers brief on the Camp experience. The deadline to register is Monday, Aug 17, 10 am. Click HERE to register.
