About the Post
Established on September 19th, 1957 S.A.M.E. Oklahoma City Post has a long history of actively promoting the advancement of both individual technical knowledge and the collective engineering capabilities of governments, the uniformed services and private industry in Oklahoma.
Our Post accomplishes this mission by organizing and hosting a variety of events. These events consist of monthly educational luncheons, professional networking opportunities and Industry Government Engagement conferences. These events are attended by members of local government, military, private industry, students and other interested parties. All of our S.A.M.E. Oklahoma City Post events are announced via our e-mail distribution list and newsletter.
We are supported by the national Society of American Military Engineers and publications such as The Military Engineer, which also promotes the interests and goals of our society and its members. Please peruse our website to discover the benefits of S.A.M.E. Oklahoma City Post membership.
Our mission is to build leaders and lead collaboration among government and industry to develop multidiscipline solutions to national security infrastructure challenges.
