About the Event
Design Your Future! SAME Texas and Southwest Region Posts will deliver high-impact engagement across key installations throughout the Southwest United States, connecting with military talent at some of the region’s most strategic bases. The program will provide future-focused career preparation tailored to the unique transition needs of service members stationed across Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and surrounding areas—regions that will continue to be home to a significant concentration of operational and training commands.
Participants will represent an exceptionally strong and diverse candidate pool, including senior enlisted leaders with extensive operational experience, retiring officers preparing to enter the private sector, and junior officers beginning to explore post-service career pathways. This depth of talent will reflect the strength of the Southwest military community and its readiness to contribute to critical industries beyond active duty.
This year’s programming will reinforce SAME’s long-standing commitment to supporting service members as they navigate their next career chapter. By engaging directly with personnel at Southwest installations, SAME will ensure access to meaningful resources, professional connections, and career guidance aligned with both regional workforce needs and national infrastructure priorities.
