12th Annual Industry Day
Interested in doing business with the federal government? Join the SAME Scott Field and St. Louis Posts and SMPS St. Louis for the 12th annual Industry Day. Representatives from a variety of federal and government agencies will present on their missions and upcoming contracting opportunities.
Registration cost includes the Wednesday, 4/15 Agency Presentations (including breakfast and lunch) and Networking Happy Hour, and the Thursday, 4/16 half-day Agency one-on-one sessions. It does not include the Sporting Clays program on Tuesday, 4/14, which requires separate registration and payment.

Register today for our 2nd Annual SAME Sporting Clays Event! Hosted with the SAME Scott Field Post, this event is a great way to kick off Industry Day with other SAME members and industry partners.
It is open to all experience levels, with free coaching available for first-time shooters, making it a great opportunity for both seasoned participants and newcomers. Attendees will enjoy a day of sporting clays, networking, and friendly competition! We’ll also have a raffle where you can get a chance to win a Browning Silver Field Camo!

Agency Briefings (4/15, 7:30a.m. – 5:00p.m.)
On Wednesday, April 15, representatives from the attending agencies will talk about their upcoming work programs and contracting opportunities. This full-day session will take place from 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with breakfast and lunch provided to attendees. A full list of presenting agencies will be announced closer to the final date.
Agency One-on-Ones (4/16, 8:00a.m. – 12:00p.m.)
On Thursday, 4/16, attendees can interact with agency representatives in small groups during a half-day session of one-on-one sessions. Invitations to book one-on-one sessions with attending agencies will open at a later date.

SAME St. Louis & Scott Field Post – Joint Holiday Party
Join us for the SAME St. Louis and Scott Field Post Joint Holiday Party at the Grants Farm Craft Haus! SAME has the Craft Haus privately booked for our group in addition to a private outdoor heated and enclosed patio space to enjoy your food and beverages (2 drink tickets included in registration). There will be a DJ in the courtyard providing holiday music cheer and we will also be allowed to enjoy the firepits in the courtyard! The buffet will consist of a dinner menu, and a full upscale bar selection, including craft beer, seltzers, wine, and holiday cocktails, all included in the ticket price! All SAME guests are also allowed to walk through the Farm to view all the amazing Christmas lights (map attached). You may walk the park with your drinks. Some cold-weather animals will also be out for viewing.
