The government is issuing and reviewing task orders while fighting for funds and the private contracting side in submitting on task orders make for a very busy time of year.

Do You Have an Energy or Water Sustainability Story for SAME TME?


Hello Energy and Sustainability COI Members and SAME Local Post Members – If you have a great project success story to tell about energy and/or the water energy nexus the SAME journal, “The Military Engineer” will have an energy focused issue in March/April of 2020. Proposals for an article are due on November 12, 2019.  Find more information on this publishing opportunity here.

Mary McKernan touched the lives of her co-workers, associates and friends around the industry. She was a long time SAME member and our Omaha Post treasurer. Mary started her career with USACE Omaha before spending 18 years building the federal program at HDR.
