Omaha Post Members Attend SAME STEM Camp in Hawaiʻi

The Omaha Post was proud to send three campers and two mentors to the SAME STEM/Engineering & Construction Camp at Camp Paumalu on Oahu’s North Shore, June 7–13, 2026.

Representing the Omaha Post as campers were Simon Liu, Parker Iberg, and Lillian Stueckrath. Serving as mentors were Bobbi Jo Lang and Chris Artz.

Throughout the week, campers worked alongside military personnel and engineering professionals from across the country, participating in hands-on STEM activities focused on engineering, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving. The experience also included visits to military and engineering sites across Oahu, providing students with valuable insight into STEM careers supporting our nation’s infrastructure and defense.

The Omaha Post is proud of our campers for representing the Post with enthusiasm and professionalism and thanks Bobbi Jo Lang and Chris Artz for volunteering their time to mentor the next generation of STEM leaders.
