During the July 14, 2026, Change of Officers meeting, the SAME Omaha Post officially welcomed its 2026–2027 Board of Directors. Led by President COL Mark Russell and Past President COL Robert Newbauer, the board includes officers and directors representing service member and veteran engagement, industry-government collaboration, resilience, professional development, leadership, mentoring, student programs, communications, awards, and fellows engagement. The Omaha Post looks forward to another year of service, leadership, and support of SAME’s mission throughout the region.
