Topic: Please join us for an update on the USACE’s usage of Progressive Design-Build, Other Transaction Authority (OTA), and other acquisition methods that are expected to see increased use in the future. Presenters Brian Hutchison and Shawn Painter – USACE Tulsa District, will provide an overview on the USACE model of progressive design build using the Placemat and Playbook published on SAM.gov to walk through the process from planning, selection, design, and construction. They will discuss how USACE is considering this unique delivery method, key opportunities for engagement, and finish with an open Q&A to exchange perspectives and gather feedback from industry partners.
