Our Thursday, April 18, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm SAME San Antonio Post meeting will feature an update on the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Galveston District’s Programs. Our guest speaker will be Colonel Rhett Blackmon, Commander and District Engineer for the USACE Galveston District, where he leads a water resource district with more than 600 civilian and military professionals and project authorizations totaling more than $7.4 billion.
