Please join us for the upcoming March SAME Coastal Carolina Post meeting.
This program will guide the audience through a visualization workflow example used to engage clients and
improve clarity and support for productive conversations throughout the design process.
In this presentation, Mr. Gomez will explore the role of visual communication in architectural practice and how
thoughtful renderings help clarify design intent. Through a series of visualizations he will demonstrate how plans,
rendering styles, scale, and real-world references shape the viewer’s perception and understanding.
The presentation also highlights tools that support this workflow, including real-time and traditional rendering
platforms such as Twinmotion and complementary tools like Rhino and CLO, which can be integrated to add
flexibility, accuracy, and details. Used together, these tools help streamline the visualization process, expand
creative control, and produce clearer, context-driven representations that better support design communication.
