This webinar will detail the NAVFAC Northwest Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program and the five-year infrastructure backlog being tasked for the organization. Discussion will include an overview of the SIOP, what has worked well and areas of improvement. There also will be discussion of alternative delivery methods for the construction portfolio, current and projected challenges in delivering his baseline mission, the capacity issues the command is facing, and ways industry can help mitigate these.
