Can you help me update my password?
Yes. Click on login at the top of the SAME website, then click “Forgot your password?” and enter your email. You will be sent a link to reset your password. If you no longer have access to the email tied to your membership, please contact us at member@same.org.
How can I update my contact information on my member account?
Login into your Member Account with your email and password to update your account.
I need to add or switch my Post assignment?
To add a Post, login to your Member Account and select My Post Memberships on the left menu. If you need to change your Post, please contact SAME Member Services at member@same.org.
Approximately 60 days prior to the expiration of your membership, we will email you a renewal invoice with a link to pay online. Click your unique link to securely renew with a credit card.

Post websites upcoming events are listed on the homepage and events page of every single post website. If your post upcoming events are not listed on these pages, visit the national calendar for a list of Post events.
SAME holds three national conferences per year: Capital Week in March; Joint Engineer Training Conference (JETC) in May; and Small Business Conference (SBC) in November. Additionally, we coordinate two bi-annual regional summits: Indo-Pacific Regional Summit (fall of odd years); and Europe Tri-Services Regional Summit (winter of even years). All SAME conferences are open to members and non-members, except for Capital Week which is exclusively for SAME members.

SAME uses a Call for Presentations (CFP) for the educational sessions at JETC and SBC. The calls are open in mid-late April – early June (SBC) OR mid-October – early January (JETC). Information regarding the CFP process, possible topics, resources, and deadlines can be found on the event websites prior to the CFP opening.
Capital Week sessions are government briefings and SAME reaches out directly to DOD and other federal agencies to attend and present.
SAME does not have specific mailing lists for annual conference updates. We recommend that you sign up for the monthly Real TiME Newsletter for the latest information on what’s happening within the Society.
