The SAME Guam Post August General Membership Meeting welcomes the NAVFAC Pacific, who will provide a presentation on Military Construction P-676 POLARIS POINT SUBMARINE PIER, NAVAL BASE GUAM. This project constructs a new concrete fixed single deck submarine repair pier with with ability to handle ammunition loading.
