Industry-Government Hot Topics Panel
For the January 14th meeting, the Mobile Post will host an Industry-Government Hot Topics Panel Discussion, which was originally planned for our Industry Day back in October.
Following a kickoff by COL Kelcey Shaw, Commander of Mobile District, we’ll host a panel of Mobile District key staff and industry representatives that will wrestle with the tough questions you want answered. This won’t be the softball questions that you knew already; the discussion will tackle questions about contracting and acquisition, the real state of project partnering, handling unexpected CUI information, what changes will we see in the coming months and more.
Come ready to learn something new and maybe add a question or two if we have time!
Please see the following for important information regarding this luncheon:
– Advanced registration is required for attendance! Due to security requirements of the Mobile District Headquarters building, registration will be closed at 3pm on Friday, January 9. Only those that registered will be permitted to attend the meeting.
– Upon your entrance to building, a security screening will be required. It is advised that you arrive early. Access will be limited to the first-floor conference room area and first-floor restrooms only.
– If you have scheduled meetings with USACE Mobile District personnel separate from the SAME event, you must exit the facility and re-enter with your intended escort.
